Festa da cachucha
The Festa da Cachucha (pork head festival) is a gastronomic celebration of tasting the most flavorful pork products. It is celebrated on the Sunday after Carnival Sunday (Entroido) with the participation of the hotel establishments, in which cachucha is offered as a star menu.
